Pittards makes its 1826 work and gardening gloves in its own manufacturing facilities in Ethiopia. This Repurposed canvas and leather bag has been designed as part of a zero waste initiative to utilise the left-over leather trims from that production. The small size will hold A4 size folders, notepads and other papers or serves equally as well as a shopping bag. The strong, rugged nature of the canvas means it is suitable for garden use and will hold its shape and strength use after use.

Pittards is unique in that it makes its collections in-house from start to finish. Our made in the UK leathergoods are designed and made at the same Somerset HQ that makes the leather. Our glove collections are made in Ethiopia, where we first make the leather, before cutting and stitching the gloves in our own facilities in Addis Ababa
