These terms and conditions apply to all transactions placed online or over the telephone with Pittards Group Ltd, the operator of this website. Please read them carefully before placing an order. All contracts are governed by English law, and any dispute between us will be resolved exclusively in the courts of England and Wales. Nothing in these terms and conditions affects your statutory rights.

Orders
All orders for items available through our website must be completed as an online transaction through our secure checkout. Credit and debit card transactions are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. The payment methods available for an order are displayed at checkout. If your card issuer refuses to authorise payment, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery. Orders will not be accepted or processed without a valid payment in the name of the registered cardholder.
All prices are shown in pounds sterling (£) and include UK VAT at the applicable rate unless exempt.
International orders may be considered on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us before placing an international order so we can confirm availability, delivery costs and any applicable requirements. If an international order is accepted, the recipient is responsible for any customs duties, import taxes or local charges that may apply.
Orders placed Monday to Friday are usually dispatched within 48 hours, except for made-to-order items. If there is a problem, we will contact you. Orders placed over a weekend or public holiday will be dispatched on the next working day. Please see our Delivery & Returns page for shipping methods and prices.
Returns
Goods may be returned for exchange or refund within 30 days. They must be unused, in their original packaging and accompanied by the invoice. Leathers must be unused and must not have been cut.
Please contact us before returning an item. Customers are responsible for the cost of return postage unless the item is faulty or we have agreed otherwise.

We cannot be held responsible for returned goods that do not reach us, so please use a tracked service appropriate to the value of the goods.
