By using this website or placing an order, you agree to these terms. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights.

ORDERS

Orders must be placed through our secure online checkout unless we have agreed another arrangement directly with you.

After placing an order, you will receive an acknowledgement. This confirms that we have received the order but does not necessarily mean that it has been accepted.

We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order if:

• A product is unavailable
• The price or description contains an obvious error
• Payment cannot be authorised
• Delivery cannot be arranged
• We reasonably suspect fraudulent or unauthorised activity

If payment has already been taken for an order that we cannot accept, it will be refunded.

PAYMENTS

We accept Mastercard, Visa and American Express through Shopify Payments, as well as Apple Pay.

All card payments are subject to validation and authorisation by the card issuer. We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by a card issuer refusing to authorise payment.

PRICES

Prices are shown in pounds sterling and include UK VAT at the applicable rate unless stated otherwise.

We may change prices at any time, but changes will not affect an order that has already been accepted.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

International orders may be considered on a case-by-case basis.

Please contact us before ordering so that we can confirm availability, delivery costs and any applicable requirements. The recipient is responsible for customs duties, import taxes or local charges unless otherwise agreed in writing.

DELIVERY

Orders placed Monday to Friday are normally dispatched within 48 hours, except for made-to-order items. Orders placed over a weekend or public holiday will normally be dispatched on the next working day.

Delivery times are estimates. We are not responsible for delays caused by events outside our reasonable control, but we will contact you if we become aware of a significant delay.

RETURNS AND CANCELLATIONS

Our returns arrangements are set out in our Refund Policy.

Eligible goods may be returned within 30 days of receipt. Change-of-mind returns must be unused and in their original condition and packaging. Leather hides and pieces must not have been cut, altered or used.

Customers are responsible for change-of-mind return postage unless we have agreed otherwise. This does not affect your statutory cancellation rights or your rights if goods are faulty, damaged, not as described or incorrect.

PRODUCT INFORMATION

We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, photographs, colours, prices and specifications are accurate.

Colours may appear differently depending on the screen or device being used. Natural leather may also have variations in colour, grain and texture. These natural characteristics are not necessarily faults.

We reserve the right to correct errors and update product information or specifications without notice.

The content and photographs on this website are owned by or licensed to Pittards Group Ltd. They must not be copied, reproduced or used commercially without prior written permission.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute will be subject to the courts of England and Wales, except where applicable consumer law gives you the right to bring proceedings elsewhere.
