Orders to be shipped using the Special Delivery should be placed before 12 noon weekdays the day before delivery is required. If you are using this service on a Friday please make sure the receiving address has a Saturday delivery. Please note that the Royal Mail does not deliver on Sundays and special delivery orders placed after noon on a Friday will be despatched the next working day.
Pittards use the International Tracked service for all international orders under 2kg. Your parcel will be delivered via standard mail in your country and usually takes around three working days to mainland Europe and 5-10 working days everywhere else. On orders over 2kg and above 90cm in length, it may be necessary to use a courier service, in which case you will be sent a tracking number.
If your delivery destination address is in Russia, we may contact you for a registered business address in compliance with Russian Customs authority regulations.

Customs & VAT
VAT is automatically deducted from the invoice of any orders from outside the UK, please note that as the UK has now left the EU this includes shipments to Europe. However please remember that you may be liable for any duties and taxes payable on entry into your country.
Goods may be returned for exchange or refund within 30 days, they must be unused in the original packaging and accompanied by the invoice. Leathers must be unused and not cut into.

Pittards offer free UK returns, please contact us if you wish to return your item and we will provide you with a returns label which you must attach to your package before sending. If the package is returned without this label, we cannot refund the return shipping cost.
Pittards cannot be held responsible for non-receipt of returned goods so if you are returning the goods at your own cost, please ensure you use Recorded, Special Delivery or tracked as appropriate to the value of the goods you are returning.
Pittards make their products in England to a high standard, to be enjoyed for many years, but if on receipt of your order you believe an item is faulty please contact us within seven days to resolve the issue.
Outstanding orders can be cancelled at any time. In the event of any goods delivered by us being damaged in transit, being deficient of items shown on the delivery note or failing to match the items ordered by you, then such details must be notified by you to us within seven working days of receipt. We cannot be held liable for any consequential loss caused by late delivery or failure to deliver by the company’s appointed carrier.
Returning Goods from Outside the UK
When returning goods from outside the UK, please ensure that the original invoice and clear paperwork indicating product return accompanies the parcel as Pittards will not be liable for any inwards duty on returned product resulting from incomplete or inaccurate documentation.
