UK Shipping

Orders under £30: £4.95
Orders over £30: free
Premium 48-hour tracked & signed: £6.95
Special Delivery tracked & signed: £12.00

Orders using Special Delivery should be placed before 12 noon on weekdays on the day before delivery is required. If you use this service on a Friday, please make sure the receiving address accepts Saturday delivery. Royal Mail does not deliver on Sundays, and Special Delivery orders placed after noon on Friday will be dispatched on the next working day.

International orders

International orders may be considered on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us before placing an international order so we can confirm availability, delivery costs and any applicable requirements.

If an international order is accepted, the recipient is responsible for any customs duties, import taxes or local charges that may apply.

Returns Policy

Goods may be returned for exchange or refund within 30 days. They must be unused, in their original packaging and accompanied by the invoice. Leathers must be unused and must not have been cut.

Please contact us before returning an item. Customers are responsible for the cost of return postage unless the item is faulty or we have agreed otherwise.

If you believe an item is faulty, please contact us as soon as possible so we can resolve the issue.

Returning Goods from Outside the UK

International returns must be agreed with us in advance. Please ensure that the original invoice and clear paperwork identifying the parcel as a product return accompany the parcel. Pittards will not be liable for inward duties caused by incomplete or inaccurate documentation.
