What payments do you accept?

We accept MasterCard, Visa, Delta and Maestro or payment via PayPal. All payments are made through a secure server; credit / debit card transactions are subject to validation checks and are authorised by the card issuer.

Where are Pittards products made?

All our products are made in our own workshop in the beautiful county of Somerset, England. Our manufacturing is unique in that most of the leather that we use in the collections is made in the same location.

How do I care for leather?

All the leathers we use are easy to care for and some have water resistant qualities that father protect it throughout its life. For detailed instructions on how to care for your individual item please visit our Leather Care page.

Can I buy Pittards in shops?

Pittards products are available in many independent stores, please visit our Stockist page to find the store nearest you.

Shipping and Orders

Do you offer International shipping?

Yes we ship around the world - please check our shipping page for details.

How will you ship my order?

In the UK we ship using the Royal Mail signed for service, or Royal Mail Special Delivery for Express orders. International shipping is via the International Tracked service and your order will be delivered by the standard mail service in your country. Larger items will be delivered using a courier service. Please see our shipping page for more details.

Can I return an order if it isn’t right?

Of course - goods may be returned for exchange or refund within 30 days, they must be unused in the original packaging and accompanied by the invoice.

We offer free UK returns, please contact us if you wish to return your item and we will provide you with a returns label which you must attach to your package before sending. If the package is returned without this label, we cannot refund the return shipping cost.

Our products are made to a high standard, to be enjoyed for many years, but if on receipt of your order you believe an item is faulty please contact us right away so that we can put things right.
